Job Responsibilities
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points
- Permit entry
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures
- Control traffic by directing drivers
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences
- Interview witnesses
- Obtain signatures
Additional Duties
- Ensure the operation of equipment through preventive maintenance
- Call for repairs
- Evaluate new equipment and techniques
- Follow the instructions of managers and clients
Certification Requirements
- TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
- TX PSB Level II License
