Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client properties.
• Patrol property to secure premises and personnel.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Permit entry while preventing losses and damage.
• Report irregularities and inform violators of policies and procedures.
• Control traffic by directing drivers.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences.
• Interview witnesses and obtain signatures.
• Ensure the operation of equipment through preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Follow the instructions of managers and clients to provide the best service.

Requirements
