Job Skills / Requirements

• Holds a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer)
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and orderly environment for passengers and staff
• Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect potential threats or unsafe conditions
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and service calls
• Manage access control and enforce safety and security protocols
• Maintain clear communication with local law enforcement and emergency responders
• Provide a visible and professional security presence
• Conduct safety and security assessments
• Auxiliary in implementing procedures to enhance transit operations
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities accurately and completely

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time (40-hour work week) and part-time positions available
• Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Certification Requirements

• TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
