Armed Driver/Messenger - $5,000 OPOTA Cert Bonus

GardaWorld provides cash management solutions including secured transportation, cash vault processing, forecasting, ATM and cash recycler services. We operate the largest armored vehicle fleet in the industry, leverage sophisticated technology, and maintain an expansive network of experienced employees and partners. Each day we process, manage, and move over $8B in cash while delivering 24/7 client support and logistical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport valuables, including performing heavy lifting (50 lbs+).
• Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer.
• Operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions while maintaining the highest levels of driver safety.
• Act professionally and build rapport with customers to meet GardaWorld’s high standards of customer service.
• Follow strict safety and security protocols for customers, colleagues, and the community.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses as required by state regulations.
• Strong customer service skills with effective in-person and radio communication.
• Willingness to work armed and follow all security protocols.

Pay

$20.50 – $22.50 per hour based on qualifications and experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in four installments upon receipt of Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) certification.

Schedule

Full-time position operating Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as needed.
