Key Responsibilities
- Lead all structural engineering efforts in Arkansas.
- Oversee structural projects in Arkansas, including traditional and alternative delivery.
- Collaborate with a large bridge group within the company.
- Facilitate work sharing across the organization, contributing to over 100 active projects within the structures group.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Structural Engineer in Arkansas, preferred.
- Experience managing a team of engineers.
- 10-20 years of progressive bridge/structural design experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with ARDOIT, preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenBridge Modeler, InRoads and/or Open Roads Designer.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as OpenBridge Designer, Merlin, Leap Steel, CSI Bridge or other similar bridge design software.
- Familiar with DOT Design Guidelines and Standards, AASHTO LRFD Design Guidelines.
