ARKANSAS BASED - OTR COMPANY DRIVERS - COMPETITIVE PAY

About the role

TFSL Trucking is a 48-state truckload motor carrier headquartered in Van Buren, AR. We currently operate a fleet of 26 trucks and are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 2024 Volvo truck equipped with APU, inverter, and refrigerator
• Operate a 2024 Great Dane and Utility trailer with Carrier and ThermoKing reefer units
• Maintain a schedule of 7-10 days out with restarts at home
• Drive an average of 2,500-3,000 miles per week
• Receive a competitive pay rate for all miles driven
• Eligible for $5,000 safety and performance bonuses
• Receive a W-2 and insurance within 30 days of employment

Requirements

• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills

Skills

• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Experience with GPS and dispatch systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
