Highlights of the Role
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Encourage participation in community activities, providing companionship and fostering social connections.
- Help with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment.
- Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed.
What We Look For
- Previous caregiving experience is beneficial, especially with individuals with dementia.
- Candidate must be certified in Arizona or have an active CNAS.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
