Arizona Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Casa Grande, Arizona!

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching
• Collaborate with client's treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes
• Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
• Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth

Requirements

• Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
• Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
• Able to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
• Hold a valid driver's license and maintain proper current insurance
• Bilingual is a plus
