Ariba Operations Specialist

Job Title: Business Services Specialist III Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a high-volume procurement operations environment and help keep request workflows moving smoothly from intake through approval. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong administrative coordination, clear communication, and careful tracking to support purchasing activity and maintain transparency for business users. Responsibilities Enter and submit purchase requisitions, contracts, supplier requests, and sourcing requests on behalf of business users.Gather proper documentation from business users and ensure all required attachments, including SOWs, are collected before submission.Monitor requisition status across approval workflows, follow up with approvers, and provide detailed updates to requesters.Maintain an accurate requisition tracker and support issue escalation, reporting, metrics, and audit documentation as needed. Required: 2 years of experience performing the listed functions in Ariba or another procurement platform, such as Coupa.Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment.Need Biotech/Pharma insutry background.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently while coordinating with business users, sourcing, and finance to support commodity codes and GL coding alignment.
