Ariat Merchandiser - $99 per visit - One Time Project

About the role

As an Ariat Retail Merchandiser you will be the eyes and ears of the Ariat brand, bringing its rugged elegance and pioneering spirit to life in stores. You’ll showcase Ariat’s heritage and craftsmanship through immersive product displays and merchandising strategies, while gathering competitive intelligence and reporting on inventory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a 4.5‑hour store audit at each assigned location, reporting on merchandising, inventory, and competitive intelligence.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards for Ariat footwear and apparel.
• Audit and update marketing materials to align with current campaigns.
• Manage your own schedule of store visits and ensure all visits are completed by June 22 2026.
• Complete store visit reports using ThirdChannel’s mobile app, including high‑quality photos and detailed observations.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Ariat apparel brand and its products.
• Experience in merchandising, preferably in apparel and footwear.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships quickly.
• Self‑directed problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Comfort with technology and ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app.
• Smart device with internet access (iOS 17.0 or later, Android 10.0 or later).
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel across a wide territory.

Pay

The position is a 1099 contract offering a base rate of $22 per hour. Travel is compensated with an additional incentive based on distance to each location.

Schedule

Each location requires a single 4.5‑hour visit. Visits must be completed between May 18 2026 and June 22 2026. Upon hire you will complete a paid two‑hour onboarding training before scheduling store visits.
