Requirements
- Help set and review restaurant goals
- Follow up on General Managers' progress
- Provide coaching and direction to improve performance
- Hire and develop General Managers, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers
- Drive outstanding reliability, product quality and financial performance
- Align resources, take immediate action and hold others accountable
- Manage limited budgets to meet highest priority needs
- Recruit, train, develop and motivate managers
- Evaluate for compliance around national brand promotions
- Visit restaurants frequently during all shifts including nights and weekends
- Conduct monthly cash and security audits
- Ensure managers uphold QSC standards
- Ensure restaurants meet operational goals
- Pass all announced and unannounced company audits
- Pass all Health Department and Ecosure food safety audits
- Develop managers to perform at the highest levels
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Operate restaurants in the most effective and efficient manner
- Review and analyze operational reports to improve underperforming areas
- Follow up on action plans to ensure improvements

Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of McDonald's Corporation-Hamburger University / ROLP
- OTP 2 or OTP 3 preferred
- Experience as a General Manager / Area Supervisor / District Manager / Multi-Unit Ops Manager of a Quick Service Restaurant for at least 2 years
- Ability to recruit, develop and retain managers
- Relationship management: ability to successfully influence and build trust with varying styles and personalities
- Understanding of restaurant operations
- Proven ability to drive results through coaching and establishing successful routines and enforcing brand standards
- Strong P&L Management
- Strong verbal and written skills for communication
- Strong follow-up skills
- Friendly and outgoing
- Able to problem solve
- Able to sit, stand, drive and travel for extended periods of time
