What will you do?
- Manage and execute daily operations schedule.
- Communicate daily operational plan.
- Manage EHS MS programs and other administrative requirements.
- Oversee department employee training.
- Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback.
- Manage performance issues when necessary.
- Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent.
- Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.
What do you need for this role?
- A High School/GED is required.
- A Bachelor's is preferred.
- In lieu of High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years’ experience, a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience may be considered.
- Related Experience: 5+ Years.
- Microsoft Office Suite: 1+ Years.
- Industrial Environment: 1+ Years.
- Objective Interface Systems (OIS): 1+ Years.
- Maximo: 1+ Years.
- Kronos: 1+ Years.
Pay
