Area Supervisor

About the role

The Area Supervisor plays a crucial role in the store leadership team, overseeing a specific area and performing general operations and supervision. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment, customer service, general merchandising, loss prevention, front end supervision and operations, and fitting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment
• Treat all customers, associates, and leaders with respect
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes
• Manage the front-end area, train and coach associates, and ensure salability of merchandise
• Supervise fitting rooms and ensure compliance with company policies
• Perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
