Responsibilities

• Manage traffic control personnel in designated areas to include performance evaluations and continuous improvement activities
• Assist with training crew members and prepping them for advancement
• Perform work zone safety checks and audits at least once per week
• Ensure time sheets from crew leads are accurate, complete, and turned in on time
• Communicate daily with planning and scheduling team regarding any issues in fulfilling job requirements
• Create leaders from the field

Skills and Qualifications

• Team player
• Lead by example
• Effective communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in the field, performing traffic control and flagging activities
• Good computer skills to include emails (Outlook), Excel, and other Windows applications
