About the role

The Area Service Representative (ASR) is responsible for delivering products and providing service to established retail accounts. This role involves overnight travel, typically 1 to 2 nights per week, depending on company needs. The ASR ensures that rental displays are clean, stocked, and well-maintained at multiple retail locations. They also inspect, clean, and service rental machines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental displays are clean, stocked, and well-maintained at multiple retail locations.
• Inspect, clean, and service rental machines as needed.
• Implement new and improved processes and procedures as needed.
• Project the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor while providing customer-friendly service.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in various climates
• Ability to drive for consecutive hours in a day
