Key Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle - pitching, touring, negotiating, and executing contracts
- Identify and execute new strategic business development opportunities, partnerships, and contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings & tours
- Know the market: understand the "ins and outs" of your local market, including pricing and nearby competitors
- Generate profitable new business through sales funnel management and outreach activities to achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a successful sales-related role
- Experience or knowledge of the full sales cycle in the commercial real estate, coworking or similar industry
- Able to develop and foster new relationships that lead to pipeline growth
- Able to create and execute successful outbound campaigns
- Experience with cold calling, emailing, and managing inbound leads
- Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Uncanny ability to meet deadlines and get things done
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of building relationships with real estate brokers
- Previous coworking, tenant rep, or leasing agent experience
- Experience with tools like Hubspot, Canva, Apollo.io, OfficeRnD, and LinkedIn
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
