Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day sales performance across assigned communities, ensuring achievement of division and community-level sales goals.
- Operate as a selling manager while division volume scales, maintaining direct involvement in the sales process.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Sales Associates to build a consistent, high-performing team.
- Establish clear sales goals and accountability measures, and monitor individual and team performance.
- Partner with the Division President to develop, execute, and adjust community-specific sales strategies.
- Conduct regular community visits to support sales execution, presentation standards, and overall performance.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, brand standards, and customer experience expectations.
- Analyze competitive market conditions, including mystery shops, to refine positioning and sales approach.
- Oversee sales center operations, including staffing schedules and readiness of all sales materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, community positioning, and lead generation efforts.
- Participate in and help lead sales meetings to drive communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer- and contract-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Current Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker’s License required.
- 2+ years of on-site new home sales management experience with a builder or developer.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of residential homebuilding sales processes and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective negotiation skills and the ability to manage customer interactions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and ownership.
