About the role
Responsible for driving sales in the designated area, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving quarterly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
