Area Sales Director - H

Flowers Foods, Inc., a leading producer of packaged bakery goods, invites applications for an Area Sales Director. This role supports direct store delivery (DSD) sales and independent distributors (IDs), focusing on managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, growing customer bases, and tracking sales data.

Responsibilities

• Support IDs' efforts to manage customer relationships and engage in sales activities.
• Grow the customer base and identify new selling opportunities in the market.
• Track sales data and utilize digital tools to showcase execution wins and growth opportunities.
• Work with a Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities, maximizing sales and adjusting sales strategies based on consumer insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Requirements

• Able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and safe driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.

Salary Range

• $74,746.95 - $82,615.05
