Area Sales & Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to clients.
• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates.
• Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Manage a sales pipeline.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute lead-generating events and leverage event sales.
• Work independently and build relationships with self-direction.
• Train others and communicate product knowledge.
• Demonstrate proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software.
• Partner with Home Depot leaders to provide updates on sales performance, merchandising, and displays.
• Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; update signage as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Current valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Pay

Annual compensation could potentially be between $55,000 - $75,000 with commission. Eligible for a Sales Performance Incentive Bonus and earned commissions. A weekly minimum guaranteed subsidy payment is provided if earned commissions are less than the minimum guarantee.
