We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Essential Duties & Responsibilities, Supervisory Responsibilities, Requirements (with Minimum Qualifications, Desired Qualifications & Skills), Work Schedule, Travel, Driving Requirements, Work Environment, Physical Demands, Benefits, Compensation & Benefits (Pay). Also maybe "Qualifications" etc. We must use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include: Summary (maybe "About the role")? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map content to those headings. We have Summary: "Execute, supervise, and inspect the operations and maintenance of all building equipment; including the testing, overhauling, installation, and repair of sophisticated refrigeration, dehumidification, air-conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems." That's about the role. So we can put

    About the role

    with

that sentence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: list of duties. Could be under

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each bullet. Supervisory Responsibilities: could be part of Responsibilities or separate? Might be under Responsibilities as well, but we could combine. However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Supervisory Responsibilities into Responsibilities. Requirements: we have Minimum Qualifications and Desired Qualifications & Skills. Could be under

      Requirements

with sub-sections? But we only allowed headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could do

      Requirements

      then

for prose? But we have list items. Could use

      • for each requirement. But we have many items; we could separate Minimum Qualifications and Desired Qualifications & Skills as subheadings? Not allowed? Only allowed headings list includes Qualifications, Skills. Could do

        Qualifications

        for minimum qualifications, and

        Skills

for desired qualifications & skills. Or combine. We also have Work Schedule, Travel, Driving Requirements, Work Environment, Physical Demands, Benefits, Compensation & Benefits (Pay). According to instruction, we should include sections only if posting has real specific content. It does have Work Schedule (Full-time...), Travel (25-50%), Driving Requirements, Work Environment, Physical Demands, Benefits, Pay. So we could include sections: Schedule, Travel, Work Environment, Physical Demands, Benefits, Pay. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might combine some: maybe "Schedule & Travel" etc. But we have specific headings allowed: Schedule, Benefits, Pay. Not Travel, Work Environment, Physical Demands. But we could still include them as headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings only. So we should restrict to those headings. Then we need to map all content into those sections. Thus we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to fit all info into these. - About the role: summary sentence. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Supervisory Responsibilities (maybe combine). Use
        • . - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (the list). Could be
          • . - Qualifications: maybe Desired Qualifications & Skills? But we also have Skills section separate. Could treat Qualifications as desired qualifications (the bullet list). Or we could put Desired Qualifications & Skills under Qualifications, and Skills under Skills? But they'd overlap. Perhaps Qualifications = Desired Qualifications & Skills (the bullet list). Skills = maybe the list of skills like Strong organizational and leadership skills etc. Actually Desired Qualifications & Skills already includes those skill bullets. So we could combine. But we need both Qualifications and Skills sections per instruction examples. Could split: Qualifications = Desired Qualifications & Skills (the bullet list). Skills = maybe the list of skills like "Strong organizational and leadership skills..." but that's same. Hmm. Alternative: Qualifications = Minimum Qualifications? But we already used Requirements for Minimum Qualifications. Could swap: Requirements = Minimum Qualifications, Qualifications = Desired Qualifications & Skills, Skills = maybe the list of skills like "Strong organizational and leadership skills..." but that's already in Desired Qualifications & Skills. Could split the Desired Qualifications & Skills into two: Qualifications (like knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems, ASHRAE regulations) and Skills (like organizational, communication, etc.). That seems plausible. Let's parse Desired Qualifications & Skills bullet list: - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work effectively within a team - Knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems - Knowledge of ASHRAE regulations - Strong customer service skills - Intermediate computer skills and able to learn new systems - Able to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines - Able to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision - Able to work with others in a professional manner - Work in accordance with established safety procedures - Strong attendance record and be punctual We could separate: Qualifications = Knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems; Knowledge of ASHRAE regulations. Skills = the rest (organizational, leadership, detail oriented, communication, teamwork, customer service, computer skills, prioritization, minimal supervision, professional manner, safety procedures, attendance). That seems reasonable. Thus: - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (list) - Qualifications: Knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems; Knowledge of ASHRAE regulations (maybe as
            • ) - Skills: the remaining bullet list (as
              • ) Now Benefits: we have Benefits section: "Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $85,000-95,000 annuallyEligible Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Vacation & Paid Personal Time, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and Leave of Absence". So we need Benefits section (list of benefits) and Pay section (salary range). Also Schedule: "Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project." Also Travel etc not allowed as headings; maybe we can fold Travel into Schedule? Could add a sentence about travel under Schedule? But instruction says only create Schedule section if posting actually states them. It does state schedule. Travel is separate but we could incorporate into Schedule as additional note? Might be okay to add a sentence about travel under Schedule? But they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule, so we can have Schedule section. We could include travel info inside Schedule section as extra detail. That's acceptable. Similarly, Work Environment, Physical Demands, Driving Requirements could be folded into maybe Responsibilities? Not ideal. But we could add them under Responsibilities as additional duties? Not really. Could we create a "Work Environment" section? Not allowed per examples but maybe allowed if we follow instruction: they gave examples but not exclusive. However they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not an exhaustive list. So we could add other headings like Work Environment, Physical Demands, Travel, etc. But to be safe, maybe we stick to those examples. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; if we omit Work Environment etc, we lose info. So we need to include them somewhere. Could fold them into Responsibilities or Requirements? Not ideal but maybe we can add a paragraph under Responsibilities about work environment? But that would misrepresent. Better to include additional sections like Work Environment, Physical Demands, Travel, Driving Requirements. The instruction didn't forbid other headings; just gave examples. So we can add them. Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Work Environment, Physical Demands, Travel, Driving Requirements. But we need to avoid filler. All have content. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce:
