Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems
Position Summary
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implement the business plan for area of responsibility, monitor and manage productivity, maintain quality and safety standards, identify and address associate and customer/supplier concerns, supervise and develop associates and leaders, manage QA guidelines, troubleshoot systems, and strive for excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field OR
- 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR
- 2 years supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Inventory Management, Microsoft Office, Walmart Logistics Systems

Pay and Benefits
