About the role
Responsible for promotion of CSL products and managing business development/distributors to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promotes products to select call points to achieve territory sales targets, consistent with regional/corporate direction
- Develops and maintains relationships with key accounts and external clients to increase awareness of product offerings; establishes and maintains high level scientific relationships with KOL key opinion leaders
- Facilitates development of new accounts while supporting growth of existing accounts
- Supports education programs, providing presentations at scientific congresses, conferences and patient organization meetings
- Provides input to the marketing strategy
- Ensures customer contact and promotional activities comply with company policy and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
