Area Manager

About the role

Lead with confidence as our Area Manager for Inventory Operations! Are you a people leader with a passion for driving efficiency and excellence? We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and optimize inventory operations within our business.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on leadership in a competitive, structured, energetic, and demanding work environment in a broad array of inventory events.
• Successfully plans, organizes, coordinates, and leads a team of inventory professionals during inventory events.
• Works directly with District and Regional Leadership to ensure our people remain our strongest asset!
• Ensures solid in-event financial results through proper payroll management, expense control, and a focus on growing employee performance to increase production.
• Works varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening, and/or MVR check.

Requirements

• Assures solid in-event financial results through proper payroll management, expense control, and a focus on growing employee performance to increase production.
• Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts regularly.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or an equivalent of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a retail, inventory, or warehouse position, that exhibits professionalism, sense of urgency, soft skills, and the strong ability to work with others.
• Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing talent for future bench strength.

Pay

Starting at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Variety of shifts including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules.
