Position Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a retail, inventory, or warehouse position
• Professionalism, sense of urgency, soft skills, and ability to work with others
• People and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing talent
• Ability to manage payroll, expenses, and improve employee performance
• Variety of non-traditional work hours, including early mornings or late nights, and flexible schedules
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting fleet driver requirements

Working Conditions

• Frequent travel via automobile and air
• Standing, sitting, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working 10-12 hour shifts regularly
