About the role

Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) is an exciting organization within Amazon specializing in delighting our customers with speed in which we can make items appear on their doorsteps. We are a combination of operations and support teams aligned to innovate for the last mile customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly employees and engage them during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Play a key part in ensuring customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location across our three major components: First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile.

Requirements

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $90,900.00 USD annually
