Area Manager 2026 – Pennsylvania (Recent and Upcoming Graduates)

This is a full-time, entry-level position located within one of Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or other operations buildings. The role is not corporate, remote, or office-based.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate 50–100 direct-report Amazon Associates
• Work independently in an autonomous environment
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Work nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs (most sites follow a fixed 4-day work week with 3 days off)
• Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, and operate powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment as needed
• Step in to perform hands-on tasks in a variable-noise-level environment
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Climb and descend stairs when applicable

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (degree must be completed before your first day)
• Must have work authorization without employer intervention

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field

Pay

• USA, PA, Breinigsville: $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 USD annually
• USA, PA, Carlisle: $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 USD annually
• USA, PA, Easton: $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 USD annually
• USA, PA, Hamburg: $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 USD annually
• USA, PA, Philadelphia: $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 USD annually
• USA, PA, York: $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 USD annually

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
