Area Manager 2026 – DE, MD (Recent and Upcoming Graduates)
Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates
- Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
- Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs
Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (at applicable facilities) and step in as needed.
Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
Climb and descend stairs (when applicable)
About the role
This is a full-time, entry level position located within one of Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations or other operations buildings. Amazon is seeking customer focused individuals to lead a team of hourly employees across our Operations network!

Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026. (You must have all degree requirements met before your first day).
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below.
USA, DE, Seaford - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
USA, DE, Wilmington - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
USA, MD, Baltimore - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
USA, MD, Hagerstown - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
USA, MD, Hyattsville - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
USA, MD, North East - 65,200.00 - 75,000.00 USD annually
Schedule
While shifts vary site to site, most follow a fixed 4-day work week with 3 days off.
