About the role

This is a full-time, entry-level position located within one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or other operations buildings. Amazon seeks customer-focused individuals to lead teams of hourly employees across its operations network.

Responsibilities

  • Engage, lead, and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a warehouse environment.
  • Motivate, mentor, and manage your team to meet goals.
  • Ensure your team has all the tools needed to succeed and maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
  • Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (where applicable), and step in as needed.
  • Work in an environment where noise levels vary, lift up to 49 pounds, and perform tasks such as standing, walking, squatting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and descending stairs.

Requirements

Support, mentor, and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates. Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment. Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours. Willing and able to work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or another related field.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $65,200.00 - $75,000.00 USD annually.

Schedule

Shifts vary site to site, but most follow a fixed 4-day work week with 3 days off. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
