Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable attendance
• Ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers
• Monitor performance during the shift
• Take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
• Communicate with Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Manage crew and quality food production
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure safety and security
• Schedule staff
• Train crew members

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications

Must maintain reliable, dependable, and predictable attendance. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
