Area Maintenance Operator II - Bear Mountain

Position Summary

Responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner to dig earth and remove snow. This position is located at Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• At least twenty-one (21) years old
• Valid California Class A or B driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Verifiable experience operating heavy equipment
• Able to pass Company training to operate equipment
• A calm and collective demeanor during challenging operations
• Able to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Able to record data accurately and in a timely fashion
• Able to work flexible schedules, including second and third shifts, as well as weekends and holidays

Starting Wage

Starting wage between $26.69/hr. - $32.03/hr. depending on experience.
