About the role
Drive recruiting efforts in the Detroit area to support company growth and talent acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Detroit market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Manage candidate pipelines and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Work closely with HR partners to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a similar regional role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS.
- Experience with social media platforms for recruiting.
