We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting details: - Company: Weyerhaeuser - Position: Area General Manager - Location: Henrico, VA Distribution Center - Role description: key leadership role, people, profit, performance, onsite presence, travel up to 35% (including day and overnight). Implementation of internal programs. Owns development and execution of 5-year business plan (Roadmap). Key Functions: list bullet points. - About the company: "We manufacture and sell an innovative collection of proven structural framing materials to the residential, multi-family and light commercial markets, and provide seamless building solutions, from design to installation to support. This team moves fast, works smart and never stops pushing to be and stay number one in the industry." - Job details: Primary Location USA-VA-Henrico, Schedule Full-time, Job Type Experienced, Shift Day (1st), Travel Yes, 25% of the Time (but earlier says up to 35% travel; conflict; we need to preserve both? The posting says Travel Yes, 25% of the Time. Also earlier says travel up to 35% including both day travel and overnight travel. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include both statements maybe combine? But we must not invent. We could include a paragraph that mentions travel expectations: up to 35% including day and overnight travel; also noted as 25% of the time. Might be contradictory but we keep both. - Relocation Assistance Available - Requirements: At least 10 years of related industry experience (Distribution, Manufacturing, Wholesale, etc.) At least 5 years of experience in a people management role Must live or be willing to relocate to Henrico, VA area, and be willing to travel up to 35% including both day overnight travel. Proven team leadership ability... etc. List many. - Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field Strong market and product knowledge... Industry sales and/or operations management experience, strongly preferred - Compensation: salary range $142,000 - $213,000, Annual Incentive Program targeting 25% of base pay, potential plan funding zero to two times target, eligible for annual long term incentive grant guideline $32k, range zero to 150% of guideline, value delivered in RSUs. - Benefits: comprehensive employee benefits plan includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance. We need to output sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities (key functions), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: we have description of role, purpose, location, etc. Could be "About the role" section. - Responsibilities: we have key functions list. - Requirements: we have minimum qualifications (10 years experience, 5 years people management, relocation, travel). Could be "Requirements". - Qualifications: we have preferred qualifications (Bachelor's degree, market knowledge, industry sales/ops experience). Could be "Qualifications" (or "Preferred Qualifications"). - Skills: we have many skill statements (team leadership, business acumen, communication, etc.) Could be "Skills". Might overlap with requirements but we can separate. - Benefits: we have benefits details. - Pay: we have compensation details. - Schedule: we have schedule full-time, shift day, travel etc. Could be "Schedule". We need to avoid duplication. Ensure we don't repeat same content across sections unnecessarily but we can keep. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove lines like "We sustainably manage forests..." maybe that's about company but could be part of About the role? It's generic but maybe we keep as part of About the role? It's about company mission; could be considered substantive but not directly about role. Might keep as part of About the role? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that paragraph about sustainability etc. It's substantive. So include in About the role maybe. Also "Find out more about Weyerhaeuser at www.weyerhaeuser.com and learn our Story here: https://youtu.be/c2R_lQ7wo0A" is maybe navigation/link; could be considered boilerplate? It's a link to learn more; maybe we keep as part of About the role? It's not essential but it's substantive info about where to learn more. Might keep. But we need to remove duplicated lines. There's duplication of travel statements; we can keep both but maybe combine into one sentence. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

Skills

But we already listed many skills in Requirements; maybe we can omit Skills section to avoid thin content. However we have some skill statements not captured elsewhere: "Proven team leadership ability..." etc already in Requirements. "Solid business acumen..." also there. "Demonstrated effectiveness in providing strong customer service..." also there. "Excellent communication skills..." also there. "Experience and ability to develop, translate and implement strategic plans..." also there. "Proven ability to establish credibility and trust..." also there. So Skills section would be redundant.
