We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why IPS?" intro paragraph, then Benefits, Pay Rate Details, Responsibilities & Expectations (with subsections), Qualifications And Competencies, Who We Are (maybe About the company). We must use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should not repeat job title as heading. We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have Benefits list, Pay Rate Details (pay), Responsibilities & Expectations (responsibilities), Qualifications And Competencies (qualifications), Who We Are (maybe About the company). Also there is an intro "Why IPS?" which could be "About the role" or maybe a summary. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: - About the role: the introductory paragraph(s) describing why IPS, mission, culture. Could be "Why IPS?" paragraph. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: Pay Rate Details. - Responsibilities: Responsibilities & Expectations (including subpoints). Could be a single Responsibilities section with
  • for each bullet? The posting has many paragraphs under Responsibilities & Expectations with subheadings like Strategic Leadership, Operational Excellence, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. We could either keep subheadings as

? But only allowed headings are

for section headings. We could keep subheadings as or just as paragraphs. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings. Likely we should only use

for top-level sections; subheadings can be

or or just plain text. Safer to keep them as

maybe, but not required. However to be safe, we can keep them as

or just bold. The instruction only mandates using

for section headings; doesn't forbid other heading levels. We'll use

for main sections, and within Responsibilities we can use

for sub-sections. Similarly Qualifications And Competencies could be split into Qualifications and Competencies? But we can keep as one section Qualifications. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, etc. Remove those lines. We must not include application instructions. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. Intro: "Why IPS? If you're searching for a place where you can grow, continue learning, and make a meaningful impact while still having time for the people and moments that matter most, welcome to Integrated Power Services! We believe your value extends far beyond your job title because the best work comes from people who feel supported, challenged, and fulfilled both professionally and personally. Because when people thrive, businesses thrive. If that sounds like the kind of place you've been looking for, we invite you to join us!" That's the About the role. Benefits list: "Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k Employer Match Bonus Incentives Extensive Training & Career Development Programs Tuition Reimbursement Program Medical, Dental and Vision plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) And more!" We need to format as
    • each item. Pay Rate Details: "$150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience" Responsibilities & Expectations: The block after that heading. We'll need to capture all bullet points. It includes many paragraphs with subheadings: Strategic Leadership, Operational Excellence, Sales & Customer Leadership, Operations Leadership, Tactical & Project Leadership, Financial Leadership, Safety Leadership, Quality Leadership, People Leadership, Additional Responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive information. We'll create
      • for each duty? Could be each paragraph as a list item. Might be long but okay. Qualifications And Competencies: list of qualifications. Who We Are: description about IPS. We must not include EEO etc. Let's craft HTML. Structure:

Drive execution to achieve on-time, on-quality, on-margin, and safe delivery performance. Manage operational priorities while balancing customer commitments, capacity planning, and financial objectives. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to maximize operational effectiveness.

        Tactical & Project Leadership

Lead execution of key operational initiatives and strategic projects that improve customer service, operational performance, profitability, and quality. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Additional Responsibilities

Lead change initiatives that improve organizational performance. Leverage best practices across IPS to continuously improve operational capability. Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and servant leadership while developing future leaders. Drive excellence across all aspects of the business.

We could also combine some of these into
        • but the instruction says use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a list of duties; we could make each duty a list item. However we have subheadings; maybe better to keep as

            and

            . The instruction: "Use

            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". The responsibilities are a list of duties; we could treat each bullet as a list item. But the content includes paragraphs; we could still wrap each duty in
            • . However we have subheadings; we could embed headings inside
            • ? Not typical. Safer to follow instruction: use
              • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert responsibilities into a list. But we also have subheadings; we could make each responsibility area a list item with subheading inside? Might be messy. Alternative: Keep responsibilities as

paragraphs; but then we violate instruction to use

                • for any list of duties. However the instruction may be interpreted as: if there is a list (like bullet points), use
                  • . The responsibilities section is not presented as a bullet list in the source; it's paragraphs with headings. So maybe it's okay to not use
                    • . The instruction says "Use
                      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". If the source doesn't have a list, we don't need to force one. So we can keep as paragraphs. Thus we keep as above. Now Qualifications And Competencies: we can make a list.

                        Qualifications

                        • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field.
                        • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial services, transformer manufacturing/remanufacturing, or related heavy industrial environments.
                        • 7+ years of experience with full operational or general management responsibilities, including Profit & Loss ownership.
                        • Experience leading manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and customer-facing organizations.
                        • 5+ years
