The successful candidate will lead the human resources function for a major corporation in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Administer benefits programs and handle employee benefits inquiries
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
