About the role
Join our team as a Multi-Unit Leader responsible for leading five to eight restaurant locations while developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding operational results. Join our industry-leading team of Area Directors and be part of the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the country!
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple restaurant locations with a focus on excellence in people, performance, and profitability.
- Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant managers to achieve outstanding results.
- Build a culture of teamwork and accountability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent across your market.
- Communicate effectively with team members and business partners at all levels.
- Set high standards and model integrity, energy, and a passion for people.
Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management.
- A genuine desire to create a great place to work for your teams and an excellent experience for your guests.
- A proven ability to inspire, lead, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to travel between locations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
