About the Role
Lead with purpose, elevate quality, and inspire teams as a seasoned human services leader. This role blends leadership, strategy, compliance, and advocacy, overseeing multiple residential programs to ensure exceptional, person-centered care.
Pay
$33.62/hour with an additional $1/hour for active MAP certification.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, with on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Resident Directors and oversee all assigned staff, including performance appraisals and staff development, under the guidance of the Assistant Vice President.
- Participate in the selection of applicants and provide site orientation to staff.
- Coordinate internal on-call systems as needed.
- Oversee the management and development of programs, including ISP development and implementation, ensuring compliance with established regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned homes, including reports, records, maintenance, and budgets.
- Manage and ensure, at least quarterly, that all prescribed client information is entered, maintained, and updated in TIER.
- Represent assigned homes at subsidiary administrative meetings and participate in the evaluation of program services (e.g., TMR, BSC, Financial Audits).
- Ensure homes operate in accordance with DDS regulations and meet requirements for a two-year certification with distinction.
- Coordinate clinical supports, entitlements, community resources, and act as a liaison for consumers as needed.

Qualifications
- Standard driver’s license – Class C or Class D.
- High School diploma, GED, or HiSET.
- 5–10 years of related experience.
- Supervisory experience.
