We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove things like "Apply before 11:59 PM Arizona time the day before the posted End Date." That's application instruction; remove. Also remove "Instructions To Apply" etc. Also remove "Department Statement" maybe keep? It's substantive about mission; could be part of About the role? Might be considered About the role. We'll include About the role section with description of role, mission, etc. We need to extract: Job Profile: Residential Life Manager 2 (title). Not to repeat as heading. Job Family: Residential Life Time Type: Full time Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Job Description: Salary: $52,000.00 annually Then description paragraphs. Essential Duties: long list bullet points. Desired Qualifications: list. Working Environment: list. Driving Requirement: mention. Location: Off-Campus: Phoenix Funding: No Federal Funding We need to include Pay section if salary stated: yes $52,000 annually. Schedule? Not given explicitly; only Full time. Could infer schedule but not stated; we should not create Schedule unless posting actually states them. It says Time Type Full time but not schedule details. Probably we should not create Schedule section because no explicit schedule like "Monday-Friday, 9-5". So omit Schedule. Benefits: Not explicitly stated; there is mention of ASU comprehensive benefits package later in boilerplate but that's boilerplate; we should remove. So no Benefits section. Skills: Could be derived from Desired Qualifications etc. But we need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. There's a list of desired qualifications that includes skills; we could put under Skills or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Qualifications (minimum and desired) and Skills maybe separate. But we can combine if thin. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Working Environment, Driving Requirement, Location maybe as part of About the role? But location is specific; could be included in About the role. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's decide sections: - About the role: includes Job Family, Time Type, mission statement, location, maybe brief overview. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties list. - Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Desired Qualifications combined. - Pay: Salary. - Working Environment: list. - Driving Requirement: short note. We should not include Requirements heading separate if we have Qualifications covering both min and desired. Could also have Requirements for minimum qualifications and Qualifications for desired? But instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have Requirements for minimum qualifications, Qualifications for desired qualifications, Skills for desired skills? Might be too thin. Better to combine. We'll output:

Driving Requirement

We must ensure no boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. We didn't include Schedule or Benefits. We preserved all substantive info: Job Family, Time Type, location, mission statement, responsibilities list, qualifications, pay, working environment, driving requirement. We omitted "Apply before..." etc. We omitted "Funding No Federal Funding" - is that substantive? It's a funding statement; maybe we could include as a short note under About the role or separate. It's not boilerplate; it's specific. Should we preserve? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include Funding info. Could add a sentence under About the role: "Funding: No Federal Funding." Or separate small section? But we prefer few sections. Could add to About the role paragraph. Also we missed "Job Profile Residential Life Manager 2" but we cannot repeat title as heading; we could mention in About the role: "Position: Residential Life Manager 2". That's substantive. Add that. Also "Job Family Residential Life" we included. Time Type Full time included. Location Off-Campus: Phoenix included. We should also include "Apply before..." removed. We should also include "Department Statement" we incorporated as mission. We should also include "Driving Requirement" we have. We should also include "Working Environment" we have. We should also include "Desired Qualifications" we have. We should also include "Minimum Qualifications" we have. We should also include "Salary" we have. We should also include "Job Description" content we used. Check for any other substantive: "This position is required to live on campus within the residential community area to be available to, present for, and accessible to the students and residential community team." That's covered in responsibilities (Resides on campus...). Good. "Under general supervision, the Area Director provides leadership..." we captured in About the role maybe. We have "Under general supervision..." not explicitly but we can incorporate. Let's add a sentence in About the role: "
