Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and oversee all aspects of large-scale multi-discipline and multi-benefit projects with a high degree of technical complexity.
- Build and maintain client relations and participate in project development and contract document preparation.
- Mentor mid- and junior-level staff across a variety of disciplines.
- Participate in and provide oversight of a variety of project types, including planning, design, inspection, and construction management of interior drainage and riverine flood risk management projects; dams and reservoirs; ecosystem restoration; drainage; and general site civil.
- Cookordination with inter-related disciplines such as hydrology, hydraulics, structural, geology, geotechnical, civil, mechanical, CADD and GIS.
- Coordinate projects with inter-related disciplines such as hydrology, hydraulics, structural, geology, geotechnical, civil, mechanical, CADD and GIS.

Preferred Qualifications
- Actively engaged in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR's technical expertise and brand
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
- 10 years of experience
- Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
- Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
- Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
- Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
