Area Business Manager, Vaccines - Louisville, KY

For our client, we are seeking a Area Business Manager, Vaccines - Louisville, KY to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This field-based sales leadership role is focused on driving execution across a defined territory while developing a high-performing team. The individual will coach, motivate, and hold sales representatives accountable for results, ensuring area priorities are translated into effective customer engagement. This position also partners closely with internal stakeholders to build business plans, allocate resources wisely, and support growth across healthcare accounts.
