Area Bridge and Tunnel Inspection Lead
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)
2. Use - for lists,
for prose
3. Do NOT repeat job title as heading
4. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - fold into short
or drop
5. Preserve ALL substantive information
6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions)
7. Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content - never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text
8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them
9. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones
10. Output ONLY HTML fragment - no /, no markdown code fences
Let me analyze the posting content:
The posting has:
- Company intro/About HDR (employee-owned, culture, transportation business group)
- Role description: NY/NJ Bridge Inspection Program Lead
- Responsibilities/duties (bulleted list under "In the role of Area Bridge and Tunnel Inspection Lead, we'll count on you to:")
- Physical demands/requirements
- Preferred Qualifications (list)
- Required Qualifications (list)
- What We Believe / Our Commitment (culture, employee network groups)
- Benefits package (comprehensive benefits listed)
- Pay/compensation range: $143,850 - $236,325 for New York, NY
- Location info: Primary Location: United States-New York-New York, Other Locations: New Jersey-Newark, New Jersey-Pennington
- Industry: Transit
- Schedule: Full-time
- Employee Status: Regular
- BusinessClass: Bridges and Structures
- Job Posting date: Oct 19, 2026
- EEO statement at end
I need to structure this into sections. Let me think about appropriate sections:
1. About the role / Overview - the introductory paragraphs about HDR and the role
2. Responsibilities - the bulleted list of duties
3. Requirements / Qualifications - both Required and Preferred qualifications (could combine or separate)
4. Physical Demands - the physical requirements section
5. Benefits - the benefits package described
6. Pay - the compensation range
7. Schedule - Full-time
8. Location - the locations
But I should only include sections with real content. The posting has real content for all of these.
I'll structure as:
-
About the role
with prose paragraphs
- Responsibilities
with -
-
Qualifications
with subsections for Required and Preferred (maybe use but rules say use for section headings... but I can use for main sections and maybe for sub-headings within, or just combine into one list with labels). Actually, the rules say use for section headings like "Requirements, Qualifications". I could make two sections: "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" both as . That seems appropriate.
- Physical Demands
with -
-
Benefits
with -
-
Pay
with for the range
-
Schedule
with for Full-time
-
Location
with for locations
But note: "Schedule" is listed as Full-time, Employee Status: Regular. I'll include Schedule.
Also, the posting has "Industry: Transit" and "BusinessClass: Bridges and Structures" and "Job Posting: Oct 19, 2026" - these are metadata. The rules say fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. I could include a "Details" section or fold into a paragraph. Probably drop or fold into a short paragraph at end.
The EEO statement is boilerplate - remove.
The "What We Believe" and "Our Commitment" sections are company culture - could be part of About the role or separate. I'll include in About the role.
Now, let me write the HTML.
I need to be careful: no markdown code fences, just raw HTML.
Let me draft:
