About the role
This role provides immediate and effective responses to complex administrative requirements in line with established SLA parameters, operating within a high-volume processing environment. It ensures the seamless delivery of general administrative and secretarial support to the Area Manager and broader management team at the area office.
Responsibilities
- Follow standardized processes and provide administrative support aligned with normal business functioning.
- Deliver on daily production standards while adhering to service and quality benchmarks.
- Respond promptly to immediate requirements within established procedures.
- Apply standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work effectively.
- Provide indirect service to customers and intermediaries, acting as a support person and/or point of escalation for complex or difficult cases/clients.
- Handle HR administration, including:
- Appointment and onboarding administration.
- Internal transfers coordination.
- Independent contractor administration.
- Training administration and coordination.
- Exit and resignation process management.
- Payroll and commission query resolution.
- Private secretary administration.
- Finance administration.
- General HR administration.
Requirements
- Matric with a secretarial diploma (compulsory).
- Proven experience within a secretarial administrative environment (preferably within financial services).
- Fully multi-skilled across products and processes.
- Extensive, relevant experience in providing administrative support.
- Valid driver’s license with own transport (compulsory).

Qualifications
- NQF Level 3 & NQF Level 2 (Below school leaving).
