Insituform's technologies help customers avoid the expense and disruption of traditional "dig and replace" methods.
Responsibilities
- Monitor timesheets for all personnel through Time Management software.
- Maintain DOT Qualification File and Daily DOT Driver Logs for all crew personnel.
- Process and track expense reports, company credit cards, and receipts for all personnel.
- Manage and distribute all consumable orders for crews.
- Maintain all supplies for the business unit.
- Process insurance forms and subcontractor documentation.
- Confirm quantities and coordinate payment for subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Provide administrative support for personnel hiring/termination, training, and record maintenance.
- Provide direct support to all crew personnel.
- Daily accountability to both in-house Management and Corporate overseers.
- Coordinate area/office functions.
- Occasional travel for training and to support other business units.
Requirements
- Associate degree in finance or accounting preferred.
- Minimum of two years related recordkeeping experience in the construction industry and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Solid experience in all Microsoft Office programs, with proficiency in Excel.
- Aptitude for making demand calls for cash collection and in-house driver log submission.
- Ability to create systems to complete and track tasks efficiently.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills for reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Current valid driver's license.

Pay
Starting salary of $70,000 - $90,000 plus a quarterly incentive plan with career growth opportunities.
