About the role

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking passionate individuals to become Owning and Operating their Own Fred Astaire Dance Studio. As a Franchisee, you will inspire and uplift students of all ages and skill levels, sharing your love of dance.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all Studio activities
• Support and training from the Atlanta Metro Region Area Director
• Engaging with staff and students to transform lives through the joy of movement
• Participating in a dynamic and energetic environment
• Assisting in the growth of the ballroom dance industry
• Engaging in a lively schedule with various events

Requirements

• A deep passion for dance and a desire to share that joy with others
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• A commitment to personal and professional growth
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring others
• Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve your craft
• Physical fitness and stamina to engage fully in teaching dance
