About the role
The Architectural Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Architecture. This position creates architectural concepts and construction documents, coordinates leasing and development plans, and reviews project drawings to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and create development and leasing plans for tenants and properties within the company portfolio.
- Prepare architectural façade concepts and plan designs from the schematic phase through full design development packages for tenant and owner-related projects.
- Develop detailed architectural construction drawings for owner-required construction items within the company portfolio.
- Review, interpret, print, and navigate architectural drawings and related project documents.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in architecture or equivalent work experience is required.
- Three (3) years of work experience performing similar duties is preferred; a minimum of two (2) years of relevant college internship experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.
- Experience using Autodesk software, with emphasis on AutoCAD and Revit, as well as other design and rendering software; ability to utilize appropriate AI-based design platforms is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, process orientation, and strong organizational skills are required.
- Able to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management skills are required.
