Who We’re Looking For

We seek a self-starter who can collaborate with various teams and contribute creative ideas and solutions. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment, are highly responsive, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Currently, we work in the office four days a week, with one remote day (Tuesday or Friday).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing complete and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from sketches or notes.
• Involvement in pre-design and programming phases of projects.
• Oversee production of design documents and manage clients with multiple projects.
• Maintain client relationships to provide a high level of service.
• Guide and produce all document phases of a project: SD, DD, CD, and CA.
• Coordinate project consultant efforts.
• Consult in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.
• Responsible for technical design aspects of major projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring new or improved techniques and procedures.
• Knowledge of local building code is required.
• Serve as the technical leader and project manager for significant development projects.
• Manage several simultaneous projects and oversee different project teams.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, including recommending appropriate staffing for design activities.
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and project management skills are essential.
• Hands-on approach and flexibility are required.

Requirements

• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited school of Architecture.
• 6 or more years of architecture practice experience (including at least 3 years of U.S. experience).
• Strong design portfolio.
• Strong experience with Revit.

Preferred Qualifications

• U.S. Architectural License.
• Knowledge of the City Building Code.

Pay

Annual salary range is $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience.
