Architectural Staff Level I/Designer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Principals and Senior Project Manager in Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents Phases
• Develop accurate physical and virtual three-dimensional models of projects (using Revit, and other 3d Software)
• Help to prepare drawing packages under the guidance of senior personnel

Requirements

• Professional Degree in Architecture (minimum B. Arch or equivalent)
• Strong visual presentation skills with rendering skills using 3D modeling software
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autocad required
• Ability to create BIM content required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Good communications skills and the ability to work independently
• Good organizational skills - including scheduling and correspondence
• Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of architectural building systems with ability to ability to create structural, mechanical and other engineering drawings under guidance of senior personnel
