Responsibilities

• Lead project planning by defining scope, evaluating project locale, researching zoning, and aligning schedules with project goals.
• Create innovative, accurate, high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with clients, jurisdictions, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
• Participate in concept site and building designs, design development, presentations, and innovative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in U.S.-based architectural design in hospitality, housing or commercial projects.
• Education: US Bachelor’s degree required.
• Technicality: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe.

$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
