Senior Architectural Designer

About the Role

OneFourTwo Design Group is a full-service design firm specializing in Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Architectural Designer passionate about the design process to join our team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
• Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field, with 5+ years of relevant design experience
• Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required
• Revit experience is required
• Experience in standard Microsoft & Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) is preferred
• AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience is preferred
