About the role
This is a full-time, year-round position (40+ hours/week) with regular opportunities for overtime. In a typical week, you'll:
Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites across Southern California, with occasional travel to other regions and out-of-state locations, such as Arizona and Nevada.
- Represent PPM with professionalism, interacting with clients and site contacts while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Use cutting-edge scanning tools and software to document As-Built conditions of all kinds of properties: single-family homes, apartments, offices, retail buildings, hotels, schools, and more.
- Safely access rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces when required, documenting all aspects of a structure.
- Collaborate with your team through phone, email, and regular check-ins to ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of every set of As-Built plans.
